CLASSES

No matter if you are a stay-home dad, professional athlete or a complete newbie, our classes can be adjusted accordingly to your fitness level.

MOVE.

Fit to move freely. Mechanics, Strength, Conditioning. The three tools that are essential to a high performance life. A moderate to high intensity conditioning class that encompasses functional movements, muscular endurance and strength training.
Achieve the same high level output with a lower skill demand which is perfect for starters!

ZONE.

ZONE is our Erg-focused conditioning track built for one thing: Engine.
Over 12 weeks — two 6-week phases — we build your erg capacity and teach you to produce more power every single stroke.
Every session runs off your /500m split, so you train at your level and progress at your pace:

  • P1 — sub 1:50/500m

  • P2 — 1:50–1:58/500m

  • P3 — 1:58+/500m

More watts per stroke. More strokes at pace.

STRENGTH.

A systematic approach to strength training.

Lift heavy sh*t because it makes us strong. As for ladies, it makes you sexy. This class focuses on compound lifts like Deadlifts, Benchpress, Squats and Overhead Press. There are more science behind them than just simply un-rack and lift. Follow a consistent cycle and watch those numbers rise.

TRAIN.

The TRAIN. program is designed for people who are looking towards advancing into the intermediate level of competitive fitness. Mastering the Olympic lifts and advanced bodyweight movements while developing an all-round athleticism.

TRAIN. is highly supervised and progressive, prioritising movement over intensity.

Moderate to high intensity, built to break patterns — and rebuild you with purpose. No fillers. No shortcuts. Just discipline, sweat, and the drive to evolve.
